Following the successful TEDxUoChester 2024, we are delighted to confirm that this event will run again on the 8th April 2025. The theme for this event is Sustainable Futures: Adaptation, inclusion and empowerment in a changing world.  

More information around presenting at and attending the event will be provided in January 2025, so please hold the date and keep an eye out for further communications.  

What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxUoChester, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxUoChester event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

TEDxUoChester is delivered under a university TEDx licence and its attendees are limited to the University of Chester community. The videos are public and are published on both YouTube and TED.com.
